presented by the project. He began his education through Functional Adult Literacy and later passed his Primary Leaving Examination with distinction. Despite his academic potential, he dropped out before completing his Ordinary Level education. However, his teaching abilities led to him being employed at a rural primary school, where he excelled in the classroom. After saving money from his teaching job, he returned to complete his secondary education. He then enrolled in a primary teachers' college, and while teaching, he continued to further his studies. Today, he holds both a bachelor's and a master's degree and is a Ph.D. candidate. Despite facing ridicule and obstacles along the way, Mr. Richard remained focused, worked diligently, and achieved his dreams.
