My life took a new turn after enrolling in NUFOBO’s Functional Adult Literacy Program this year I always make sure to arrive early and sit in the front row so I can hear my teacher clearly. Now, simple sentences are no longer a challenge. Counting doesn’t confuse me anymore. Words cannot fully describe the joy I feel when they ask me to explain something—and I’m able to help them.
